It’s time for change in the HVAC industry through serving and managing organizations with transparency, innovative solutions, and a culture of honor. The skills gap is presenting in more dramatic ways, and unless it is addressed and advocated for, there is little optimism for good customer-centric care and service. I will continue to advocate for a shift towards mentored roles in training and support small businesses who will give credible solutions for diagnostic excellence.
